Through a variety of services, we offer our clients opportunities to fulfill particular needs and to increase the quality of their business. Our "Covert Customer" program allows you to get thorough feedback from a guest's perspective. Our undercover agents are trained to take notice of every detail during a dining experience. Along with a comprehensive narrative about the guest's experience, there is also an extensive questionnaire that will help you gauge your staff's performance and evaluation of your food and drink.
RECRUITING
There's no good help anymore...until now! Over the years, our team has assembled an extensive network in the hospitality field. Know that our candidates are all trusted colleagues and former employees, all looking for employment. We will help you fill the positions that you need to get your team to full power and if they do not last 3 months, you will receive a full finder's fee refund.
STAFF TRAINING & CONSULTING
Looking to bring your staff to the next level? Our team will come to your establishment and train your squad on whatever area you feel is lacking. We have a team of certified sommeliers, mixologists, executive chefs, and fine dining hospitality & service consultants at your disposal. We will engage and educate your staff through presentations and demonstrations upon request. These courses will bolster your business and your team will thank you.
WEDDING OFFICIANT
Why risk having an amateur officiate the most important day of your life when you can have a professional? Although non-religious, our officiant works with all religions and belief systems to deliver a unique and inspiring ceremony. All ceremonies are created in collaboration with the lucky couple and is customized based on the desires of you and your partner. Simply professional, simply simple, simply yours.
